About Us

A Legacy Three Generations in the Making

Founded in 1963 by John Jolly, our business began as a rural hardware supplier before growing into a logistics provider for regional Western Australia. Over six decades, three generations have helped shape Jolly & Sons into one of WA’s most respected privately owned transport companies. From a single depot in the Wheatbelt to a multi-branch, remote-capable operation, our growth has always been guided by family values, practical experience and pride in doing things properly.

Legacy-Driven Logistics for Australia's Industrial Backbone

For over 60 years, Jolly & Sons has delivered reliable, trackable freight solutions across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. We are a third-generation, family-owned business with one of the largest privately operated fleets of its kind, built to service the oil & gas, mining, agriculture, and FMCG sectors. With company-owned depots, GPS tracking and real-time freight visibility, we offer full-service, end-to-end transport from city ports to remote project sites. Our reputation is built on personal service, consistency, and a commitment to doing the fundamentals exceptionally well.

Remote-Ready and Resource-Focused

We specialise in freight for the oil & gas, mining and agribusiness sectors, backed by decades of experience delivering into some of Australia’s most remote and operationally complex environments.

Built for Trust and Visibility

Our technology gives clients full transparency, from barcode scanning to GPS updates, reducing friction and delivering accountability across every stage of the supply chain.

Integrity. Accountability. Service Without Shortcuts.

At Jolly & Sons, values aren’t just written on a wall — they’re lived across every shipment, schedule, and site. We’ve built a culture where clarity, reliability and personal development drive every action we take.

Communication

We prioritise clear, timely, and accurate communication. Our teams keep each other informed, ensuring every client and contractor is always in the loop — especially when urgency and complexity demand it most.

Dependable

We show up for each other and for our clients. Dependability is about trust — and we build it daily through consistency, accountability and follow-through across all levels of our business.

Growth Minded

We believe in continual improvement. By investing in personal and professional development, we grow together — enhancing our capabilities, systems and service delivery to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Accountability

We take ownership of our actions, outcomes and commitments. Every team member is empowered to uphold the standards we set and the promises we make — both internally and with our clients.

Decades of Regional Freight Expertise

Jolly & Sons has operated since 1963, building deep expertise in long-haul, high-demand freight across Australia’s most remote regions. Our team services resource projects, agricultural supply chains, refrigerated distribution networks and sensitive freight runs with the same level of discipline and reliability. With nearly 200 working assets and hubs in Perth, Darwin, Karratha and Broome, we deliver operational scale and attention to detail. Every load we carry is managed with systems, care and accountability.

Accreditation & Expertise

We uphold rigorous standards for logistics safety, food handling, and environmental stewardship across every service we deliver. Our operations are backed by nationally recognised certifications and a company-wide commitment to compliance, quality control and continuous improvement. From chain of responsibility to dangerous goods and refrigeration, our systems are built to ensure excellence — and verified by the industry bodies that matter. These accreditations are more than a badge; they represent the standard we bring to every delivery, every time.

To Deliver With Certainty, Wherever Our Clients Operate

Our purpose is to move freight efficiently, transparently and reliably across the vast regions our clients call home. We understand the stakes of remote delivery—whether it’s fuel for a gas project or food for a FIFO village. Our systems are built for visibility. Our people are built for service. And our culture is built on doing the job right, because we know our name is riding with every shipment. That’s the Jolly & Sons difference.
